2 Day mFMEA Train Your Facilitator Workshop

Ensure the best chance of success!

You or your FMEA facilitator have facilitated a couple or more FMEAs using  one of the standard processes and are ready to take it to the next level with a streamlined process.  This is harder at first, especially for someone with more experience with just one method. 
I will come to your site and facilitate the first session, co facilitate the second, and help as needed with the third. I will provide all the support needed before, during and after the workshop to ensure it goes well.
This is a workshop on your product with your experts.  At the end of it you will have evaluated the main risks on the system and two high risk subsystems. Your facilitator will have a list of improvements to be make and the understanding of how to use this on other sub systems if needed.
